West Point Automation offers a monthly maintenance agreement that allows us to maintain, monitor, and provide quick response to a business's IT needs. The maintenace agreement also allows our clients to have access to our local IT technicians and IT engineers for additional projects at reduced rates. The monthly maintenance agreement includes but is not limited to:

Weekly preventive maintenance to equipment
Software installation and upgrades
Trouble-shooting problems
Coordinating with equipment vendors
Off site backup
Complete anti-virus scans on each computer
Integrating new peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Each agreement is customized to meet your business's specific needs.
